My experience at North Country Ford was exceptional. It started with Rick Wall, who helped me find the exact truck I was looking for through a factory order and then he stayed in communication with me throughout the process until it arrived. When I came to the dealership to purchase it and pick it up, Rick connected me with Chad Bender who was very helpful with the financing and purchase and then Mikki Shea who was very knowledgeable in suggesting after market accessories for the new truck. Overall I could not have been more pleased with my experience at North Country Ford and especially Rick Wall.
