I'm thee Loyalty Specialist at North Country Ford, originally from Hopkins, MN and I'm celebrating my first year here! I'd say I've definitely built a reputation for myself. I'm told I'm a favorite, and the funniest, at North Country Ford. 

My main goal is helping people trade in their old service vehicles for something new, but I'm also able to work on the sales side. Over all the vehicles we have purchased over the years I can honestly say that this was one of the top 3 experiences

Our salesman Scott Scidmore was relatively new but did a good job facilitating everything as did the finance manager, not sure if this is the correct name but believe it was Larry Wald??

Never did we feel pressured to buy anything from start to finish

We came in this weekend for an oil change and again. The service provided by this dealer and Cody Borden and the shop guys met or exceeded expectations

We have moved to Tn but would consider buying from here again if in the area
