Greetings! As a Sales Consultant at North Country Ford Coon Rapids, I'm passionate about connecting customers with their dream vehicles. I believe in building relationships built on trust and personalized service. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, especially ice fishing and deer hunting. My wife and I adore our two-year-old St. Bernard and enjoy exploring the great outdoors with her. I'm committed to serving the community and am actively involved with the DNR in the spring planting Eastern White Pine Seedlings.

James is very kowledgeable on the products he sells. He helped my wife and I purchase a new 2029 Maverick. He ansered our questions and gave us suggestions that helped us choose the right vehicle. James took time to show us several vehicles on the lot so that he could show and demonstrate the differences available. The vehicle we chose was not in stock at North Town, but it could be available in a couple of days. James exlained how he could order the vehicle in so that we could see and drive it and make a decision on whether we liked it or not. This worked out perfectly and we bought the Maverick and also purchased a floor cover for rear box. We are very happy with our purchace!
