James was great to work with. I told him what I was looking for, and he found it. Then he was with me through the whole process. He even found a missing part on the driver's side door and ordered it. Then he called a day or 2 later when the part arrived in order to setup a time to install the part. Thanks, James.

Not not impressed with him as a sales person. This is my fifth purchase from the same dealership. During the test drive, he chose to talk about other things rather than discussing the vehicle. This was a big new purchase for my daughter. It was her very first vehicle that she got to pick period. when doing all the paperwork, he handed me a blank piece of paper and expected me to sign it for the Blue advantage. I looked at him and said why would I sign that it’s blank I am just an awe at the audacity that he had when doing this deal I’ve never experienced something like this ever before at this dealership. I’ve been treated way better before this vehicle. Also only had one key every vehicle I’ve purchased came with two so I asked for a second key, he looked at me and said you could go next-door and get a certain another key. The dealership next-door is the Dodge Jeep dealership. I looked at them and I said no I would like a second key. I will never purchase a vehicle using him as a sales person. I will never recommend him put a little bit more effort into selling a vehicle and doing your job. This was the easiest sale ever! we knew what we were looking at. We had already decided it was gonna be purchased as long as it was a good Vehicle. James was very helpful when I found an F150 on North Country Ford's website that had the options I was looking for. I couldn't go into take a test drive until the following week. James arranged that I could put a small down payment on my credit card to hold it for me until the following week. He was very helpful through the negotiation and purchasing process.
