Hi! Jacob Olson is the name, and I’m here to provide you with the best sales experience. I grew up in Elk River and like working with the North Country Ford Coon Rapids team! Everyone knows me as someone who will do all it takes to get the job done right. You can count on that when you walk through the dealership doors and interact with me! I love to spend my free time riding my motorcycle, taking adventures with my dogs, watching Minnesota Wild games, and attending car shows with friends and family. I also like to fix vehicles due to my love for automobiles, which is why working here has been the best opportunity. Great experience. Open, transparent, no games/surprises, and he paid attention to details that were key in my selection process. Kept in touch during my car shopping without being pushy. Sales process was efficient. Jacob had the vehicle ready when I came into test drive (no waiting). Purchase process was reasonable as well (even with a trade-in).

This is John actually, and the jeep is working out very good. We did find that the drivers side reveiw mirror is loose and shaking, but not the end of the world I can take care of that. I don't know how much they detailed the vehicle but that would probably be the area for improvement. Evem though it did look very well taken care of it did need a good cleaning. 1 question I had for you was, did they do a oil change?? If so they didn't reset the oil life so I will be doing a oil change here very soon. But all of zhat aside I am glad we went with this vehicle and working qoth you was pretty easy. Tha k you Jacob.
