About Emily
Born and raised in Indiana, I'm a Service Advisor with North Country Ford here in Minnesota. I've been in the industry for four years. When I started advising in Indiana, I successfully built and ran their pickup and delivery service. Since moving here, I've been focused on boosting our mobile service numbers. I'm easy to work with and personable. I'm all about maximizing our customers' time and making their service appointments as convenient as possible – always looking for ways to save them a trip to the dealership. I'm known for being strategic, putting customers first, and finding ways to accommodate each person individually. Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors, whether it's hiking, fishing, or camping. I'm passionate about nature and enjoy discussing it whenever I can.
