I like to think I brighten people’s day when they walk into the dealership, and I make it a priority to ensure every customer feels comfortable, heard, and confident. I’m from Blaine and known for being personable, outgoing, and a strong listener. I truly believe building relationships comes first—selling the right car comes second. What I’m most proud of is making sure customers leave happy with the experience we had together. I’m also very competitive and love pushing myself, especially when it comes to competing with my coworkers—it keeps me motivated every day. Outside of work, I enjoy playing basketball, working out at the gym, and golfing. I’m also a huge fan of the Minnesota Timberwolves.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience working with this salesperson was frustrating enough that I feel it’s important to share. From the beginning, communication was a major issue. Responses were consistently delayed, vague, or missing altogether. For something as significant as purchasing a truck, I expected clear, timely updates and straightforward answers—but that simply didn’t happen. I often had to follow up multiple times just to get basic information. Beyond the lack of responsiveness, there was very little attention to detail throughout the entire transaction. Important steps weren’t understood or explained clearly, and I frequently found myself having to figure things out on my own or correct issues that should have been handled properly the first time. Instead of the process being smooth and professional, it became unnecessarily stressful and time-consuming. Buying a vehicle should feel organized and supported. Unfortunately, this experience felt the opposite—I was left doing far more work than I should have as a customer, with very little guidance or accountability from the salesperson. I would strongly encourage others to consider working with someone more communicative and detail-oriented. This process could have been much easier with better service

Cody was friendly, informative, and communicative. Any answers he didn't know, he was more than happy to talk to the right person. As I asked questions or concerns, he provided quick responses and made the car buying experience way better than what you see in the movies!
