Charles was an excellent salesperson and was very receptive to my needs as a driver and when I gave him a specific make, model and price range, he quickly kept me in mind and reached out when he found my vehicle! I am so grateful to have worked with Charles and am loving my Bronco.

He was probably the best sales consultant we’ve ever had. He was not pushy like many of the previous ones were didn’t play the “I’ve got to talk to my manager” game. I just wish the service department was as good.
