I'm thee Loyalty Specialist at North Country Ford, originally from Hopkins, MN and I'm celebrating my first year here! I'd say I've definitely built a reputation for myself. I'm told I'm a favorite, and the funniest, at North Country Ford. My main goal is helping people trade in their old service vehicles for something new, but I'm also able to work on the sales side. Plus, I enjoy the balance of working in both service and sales – it keeps things interesting. Customers tell me they appreciate how friendly and understanding I am. I keep things simple, get straight to the point, and always try to get them the best deal. Honestly, I'm on their side. I’m passionate about my job. I genuinely enjoy the process of finding someone the perfect vehicle, and I love the people I work with and the customers we get here. I like to be real and honest, and the best part of my day is being able to chat about life in general, including talking about my cat.
